Therefore, due to the current situation, the SAY Physical Therapy, DEW, and CHIP clinics will be requiring in-person appointments abide by standard masking procedures. Appointments are also available via telehealth.

Who we are:

Student physical therapists from Wayne State University working with local volunteer licensed physical therapists

What we do:

Provide physical therapy services without charge in a compassionate and educational environment.

Who we serve:

Anyone who is uninsured or underinsured and has a doctor's referral and need for physical therapy.

We can provide treatment for:

  • Neck and back pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Hip, knee, or ankle pain

  • Arthritis

  • Problems walking

  • Balance issues

  • Coordination problems

  • Weakness

  • Post-surgery therapy

  • Sports injuries

  • Many others
